Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with our family-run boutique! We carefully select each piece and truly hope you love it as much as we do. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only; we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method. If you need a different size, please message us and we will do our best to exchange the item if it is still in stock. Due to hygiene and seasonal reasons, accessories (including bows, hats, and socks), seasonal or holiday items, clearance or sale items, personalized or custom items, and undergarments or swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned. We inspect items carefully, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
